1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Tradion Marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not use our services.
2. Marketplace Role
Tradion acts as a venue to allow users who comply with our policies to offer, sell, and buy digital goods. Tradion is not directly involved in the transaction between buyers and sellers. As a result, Tradion has no control over the quality, safety, morality, or legality of any aspect of the items listed, the truth or accuracy of the listings, or the ability of sellers to sell items.
3. Escrow System
All transactions must be conducted through Tradion's Escrow System. Attempting to bypass the Escrow System to conduct transactions directly is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent suspension of your account.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the platform to engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity. Harassment, threats, or the use of hate speech against other users or Tradion staff will not be tolerated.
